The shower's water temperature can be challenging to regulate in some rooms.

The staff was attentive and professional, and they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The view from the pool area and our room was breathtaking, with a stunning view of the lake and town. We loved watching the paragliders sail down nearby. This place is a perfect choice for adults looking for a chic and sophisticated retreat.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to the lake for water sports. The view from the terrace and the pool area was stunning. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the room was beautifully designed. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and inexpensive, and the staff was flexible with requests.

The room was spotless, beautiful and had satellite TV, an individual safe, and ironing facilities. The view of the mountains and the lake from the window was DELIGHTFUL. The hotel was in a perfect location, near the town center.

Spent Easter here and it was delightful! The breakfast was complimentary and delicious, and we loved the fact that they offered free parking - a rare find in this town! The hotel was located in the heart of all the action, which made it easy to explore. We also enjoyed the incredible view from our balcony, which overlooked the stunning mountains and serene lake.

That the noise from the busy street outside our room was a bit too much to handle at times. while the room was nicely decorated, it could have been a bit bigger.

The room was quite noisy, as it was located next to a busy street with a lot of traffic and partying. The ventilation system could have been better, and the room had a funny smell which was not pleasant.
